Refund Policy

The $99 Initial Strategy Consultation fee is non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

If you choose to move forward with coordination services, the consultation fee may be applied toward your coordination package, as agreed upon in writing.

Optional concierge services and coordination fees vary depending on scope and complexity. Refund eligibility for coordination services will be outlined in your written service agreement prior to payment.

Payments made directly to clinics, hotels, transportation providers, or third-party vendors are subject to their individual refund policies.
